Hello all my Krafty Friends! It is Keionna the Kraft Therapist . I am so very excited to share a video tutorial with you all today for the August Joy Clair release. This Card was all about printing on acetate with a water colored foiled background. Check out this awesome video tutorial below to see how I created this elegant card style using the new Floral Friendship Stamps from Joy Clair.

The Video Tutorial

What I am using for the Tutorial

I Craft Deco Foil Toner Sheets

Apollo Inkjet Transparency Film

Therm O Web Deco Foil

When I created this card layout, I initially started with cropping each image to isolate

them to make it easier to manipulate and work with. I then took each of the images into Microsoft Word to begin creating my card front and inside design. This is a very easy tool to work with the digital images. When I am not using this program, I frequently bring my card elements into Cricut Design Space as it is an amazing alternative to working with digital images.

Once I had all of my images placed where I wanted them, I used Apollo Ink Jet Pinter Transparency Film to print out my images. I then decided on the Lapis Watercolor Deco Foil and a Toner Transfer Sheet to provide the color needed behind my images. I used score tape covered with foil to adhere the transparency to the toner sheet after it had been adhered to the Deco Foil using my Heidi Swapp Minc Machine. I adorned the front of the card with gold foiled gems from Studio Katia. I used gold glitter card stock to make my first mat for my card panel and then double matted it with sapphire blue true brush paper from Cricut.

For the inside of my card I had another panel printed with a single flower and a sentiment on the inside. I printed on 80lb card stock and colored the flower in using a blue Spectrum Noir sparkle pen. I used 1/8-inch score tape to adhere a strip of the Lapis watercolor deco foil to the top and bottom edge of the card panel. I double matted it with the same glitter and true brush paper from Cricut. I finally adhered everything to a white 100 lb card base. I hope you enjoy.
